Strikes and Spares

Phoenix, Arizona

Game was not booting.  Checked out the MPU and there was no battery damage and the battery was already remote mounted.  Pulling and reinserting a couple of the chips allowed the board to boot.  So the issue is bad sockets.  We replaced all the sockets on the board and the board booted consistently afterwards

Play tested the game and some of the switches were not registering if they were hit quickly.  Looking under the playfield the stand-up targets that weren’t registering were missing their capacitors,  replacing these caps fixed the switches and now they register quick hits.
