The Truth is X Files Rocks

Games For Sale,Shop Notes

We just got this X files pinball machine back from a customer who’s downsizing. It’s a fun game, and even more fun if you remember the show. Check it out!

Sega came out with this game in 1997, midway through the TV show’s nine-year run.

The company produced around 1,500 of these games, featuring agents Scully and Mulder and many of the key players from the show.

Sega was doing some interesting things with cabinets at that point. Check out how thin the head is. Can you see the outward curve, too? It also has special standoffs atop it for when it’s lowered.

We gave this game a full shop job, pulling everything off the playfield to be tumbled, washed, polished, buffed, or otherwise cleaned.

We gave this game full LEDs, too: insert, GI, and flashers, and checked all the mechanics.

This game still looks as good as the day we sold it! Take it home for the holidays!
