Way More Fun Than the Board Game
We just finished a full shop job on this Monopoly pinball machine. This is a fast, fun game with lots of reminders of the board game it’s based on — although it causes way fewer family fights. Check it out!

Stern first came out with Monopoly in 2001, and produced around 3,640 machines. (IPDB)

Wiki reports that Monopoly was created in 1903 as a way to promote progressive economic theories of the time, designed to show how an economy that rewards those who create their wealth is better than one in which monopolists rule unfettered.

The current version of Monopoly — with fewer political fights, and more family fights — was first marketed by Parker Brothers in 1935.

Of course, we prefer the pinball version of the game! We gave this one a full shop job, pulling everything off the playfield to be tumbled, washed, buffed, polished, or otherwise cleaned. We installed Cointaker LEDs throughout as well.
