Williams came out with Getaway in 1992, and produced more than 13,200 of the games. (IPDB)The game is, of course, a revamped version of Williams’ 1986 High Speed. This one is faster and better looking for sure!This is a quick-paced game with a great theme that appeals to pinball diehards and newcomers alike.We gave this game a full shop job, pulling everything off the playfield to be buffed, polished, tumbled, or otherwise cleaned. We added color-coded post sleeves, LED pop bumper rings, and lots of mods.We also installed Cointaker LEDs throughout. Check out that glow!Here’s a close-up of those pop bumper rings. This game plays as good as it looks!We 3D-printed this mountain mod and painted it to match the pictures on the plastics. It looks great and adds something special to the game.Here’s another 3D-printed mod, the Donut Heaven Store that sits on the right side of the playfield.
