Some Games Are Dirtier Than Others

Check out the prep work we did on this Bally Playboy before installing a hard top.
Our customer Brian from the East Valley has owned this game for more than 40 years!

Bally came out with Playboy in 1976 and produced more than 18,250 games. (IPDB)
We’re not sure what happened after this one rolled off the assembly line, but it had some rough moments at some point!
Our first step was taking off the mylar that someone had installed to preserve the touchups they’d done.
Wow, check that out! Some of the touchups came off with the mylar. That will save time haha.
Then we have to remove the adhesive residue that remains behind.
Okay, this is about as clean as it’s going to get.
Now it’s time for a little bit of this. Sanding wheel!!
Almost there! Then we get to install the hardtop. and then we can put everything back on the playfield. But that’s enough for one day!
