Playfield Restoration,Shop Notes
There’s a Batman pinball machine over in the East Valley that looks great now, and we’re glad to have helped make it happen.

A customer contacted us a few months ago, wanting to get this playfield from a Data East Batman pinball machine touched up and clearcoated.

Our customer stripped the playfield for us, and brought it over. The Mylar was the next to go. Here’s the boss, taking care of business.

Data East came out with this game in 1991, and the playfields usually show some pretty good wear.

There were around 3,500 of these machines made, and they all pretty much look like this now.

It took quite a few hours to get all the painting finished.

Here’s the boss, tackling the biggest of the touchups himself.

Here’s the game touched up but not clearcoated.

Here’s the clearcoated playfield.

We put on a couple of layers to make everything nice and glossy.

Then we got this back to our customer. And he got to finish the really fun part himself.

Kevin sent us this picture of his finished game. Great job! Your game looks awesome!
