LOTR Gets Powdercoated

We picked up this Lord of the Rings pinball machine a few months ago, and decided to give it some special treatment. We started with the powdercoating. Here are the results!

Powdercoat1 — We used this great bronze color with gold metal flake for the powdercoating on this 2003 Stern game.

Powdercoat2 — We debated doing the coin door and shooter housing too, but settled on just the legs, lockdown bar, rails and hinges.

Powdercoat3 — We used brass feet and leg bolts.

Powdercoat4 — Now LOTR feels almost as cool as its neighbors.

Powdercoat5 — Even rat dog approves!
