The Other Indiana Jones

We just finished a full shop job on this Stern Indiana Jones pinball machine. That’s right. The OTHER Indiana Jones pinball machine. This one gets written off sometimes by pinball purists, but it has some fun toys. And this one looked great when we were finished with it. Check it out!

Stern came out with Indiana Jones in 2008 and produced around 1,500 machines. (IPDB)
That year was the year that the final installment of the Indiana Jones movies came out, the Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls.
And that was about 15 years after Williams came out with its version of Indy.
Fifteen years made a lot of difference. The newer model has some cool toys, an eight-ball multiball, lots of crystal skulls, and, of course, Shia LaBeouf.
We gave this game a full shop job, pulling everything off the playfield to be tumbled, buffed, washed, polished, or otherwise cleaned.
We installed Cointaker LEDs thoughout, for a gorgeous glow.
We added some custom touches too, including Super Bands, and color-coded post sleeves.
